Development plots

In recent years, Keele University Science and Innovation Park has expanded significantly. This expansion included the creation of 13 new development-ready plots, a number of which have already been allocated with exciting projects.

These plots, which were created to deliver an additional c.1.5million sq ft of first-class accommodation to the Park, will attract new landmark occupiers from pioneering start-ups to growing international businesses.

The Park is set to become a major headquarters location for ambitious national and international companies looking to locate in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside with great transport links.
